  • Supported high‑volume production with reliable, on‑brand design systems

Process

Proposal Redesign

  • Reviewed existing proposal materials to identify gaps in clarity, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Analyzed competitor proposals to understand industry expectations and opportunities for differentiation

  • Created a modern, visually structured proposal template with clear sections, icons, charts, and branded elements

  • Improved readability by reorganizing content, simplifying language, and adding visual cues

  • Designed modular components that allowed the sales team to quickly customize proposals for each client

Marketing & Sales Collateral

  • Designed brochures, service sheets, capability statements, and presentation materials
